Your Feedback & Experience 'really' Matters to us

Talking therapy is not supposed to be something which is 'done to you' but instead should be seen as a treatment that involves listening, working together and involving you to improve your sense of wellbeing and everyday functioning.

Like most organisations we have information and reports that tell us how we're doing, but that can only ever be half of the story. You make the difference.

It's your feedback and experiences that help us to monitor and improve our service for future users  - and we’re interested in your feedback whether this is positive or negative, as it helps our service to grow, develop and to remain tailored to the needs of our service users.

Patient Opinion

If you've experienced our service recently, either as a patient yourself or as a carer or friend of someone else, please tell us how it was.

Your story will be handled confidentially and independently by a not for profit organisation called Patient Opinion and you can give your feedback in one of three ways.

  1. Simply complete the freepost form given to you by your therapist
  2. Do it online here, or via the patient opinion website www.patientopinion.org.uk
  3. Or call Patient Opinion on 0800 122 31 35 (free from a landline)

Your story may appear (without your name) on their website and ours and by working with Patient Opinion in this way, we have the opportunity to respond to any feedback without you revealing your identity.

We really hope you’re able to tell us about your experience with our service and help us to continue to look for ways to develop the best possible talking therapies service for people on the Wirral.

Tell your story

You can tell your story via the Patient Opinion form below or by visiting their site directly at www.patientopinion.org.uk and clicking on 'tell your story'.
