Inclusion Matters Wirral Implementation Update - #1

  1. The Tupe transfer of staff has taken place and staff induction has commenced
  2. Staff are undergoing 1:1 interviews with a view to understanding vacancies which will then be advertised
  3. HR files have been received and are being reviewed as part of due diligence
  4. First referrals into the service have been received and are being processed
  5. Telephone assessments are scheduled to commence on Tuesday 15th - IM Wirral qualified PWPs undertaking assessments
  6. Awaiting response from WHCC board regarding a plan for managing the inherited waiting list
  7. IMW website has gone live www.inclusion-matters-wirral.org.uk
  8. Staff deployment to surgeries is a work in progress. It has not been possible to complete this until a clearer understanding of service delivery, supervision and management responsibilities has been achieved
  9. The electronic and paper transfer of clinical data has been achieved
  10. The old Health Visitor room in Claughton Medical Centre has been set up as an interim admin base which should become operational within the next few weeks
